You can easily sync your Calendar with Google Calendar. Once synced, all the events that you add to Google will automatically appear on your Calendar.

To sync your Calendar with Google Calendar please follow these steps:

  • Double click on the calendar to open the Settings.

  • Click on the Add-ons section.

  • Open Add-ons Store.

  • Add To Site the Google add-on.

  • Once Google add-on is added, click on Google from Add-ons section.

  • Choose Google and allow the access.

  • From the dropdown menu choose the calendar you want to sync with.

  • Click on Synchronize.

Google Add-on Settings

After syncing, click on the Settings button inside the Google add-on to adjust how synced events appear on your Calendar. Here you can:

  • Show or hide private events

  • Show or hide event descriptions/notes

Sync Calendar Categories

In this same settings panel, you will also see the option Sync Calendar Categories.

  • This option is enabled by default.

  • When it’s enabled, each synced Google Calendar will automatically appear as a separate category in your Calendar, using the Google Calendar name and its assigned color.

  • If you do not want your Google Calendar names to appear as categories or prefer not to assign each one a color, you can simply disable this option.

The synced events need to be managed/deleted from Google, as they are not displayed in your Calendar settings.

Free vs Premium plans:

You can sync your calendar both in Free and Premium plans. But note that in the Free version of the Calendar only 10 events can be displayed. So the calendar will sync only as many upcoming events as there are left on your event limit. Whereas, with the Premium version calendar will sync all the events.
