Where can I find my form submissions?

Besides being sent to your email address, the submissions are also available in your Boom Form’s Dashboard. This is where the information provided by your submitters is accumulated so that you can get an overview of the submissions, analyze the statistics, view AI-powered insights, and manage all data. The entries are stored here as soon as the users submit the form.


To enter Form Dashboard:

  • Go to your Wix Editor.

  • Move to the page where you have the form.

  • Click on the Form.

  • Double click on the form to open the Settings.

  • Click on the View Entries button on the same page.


As the Dashboard opens up, you can find all your forms stored separately under the Submissions tab. Hover over the Submissions tab and click on the form you need to view.


You can open the time period dropdown and select the date range of the entries.

You can export them to a CSV or TXT file, as well.

You can also import your data by choosing a file — we support JSON format.
​


On this page, you can also edit, print the submission, download it to a PDF, or remove it. Just click on the three dots to find the additional features.

Include image attachments in PDF file

Just enable the "Include image attachments" option and the PDF file generated from your form submissions will also include any images that were uploaded through the form.

This should save you time and make it easier to view all of the information submitted in one place.


🆕 AI Insights (Analytics for Submissions)

You can now generate AI-powered insights from your form submissions directly in the dashboard.

This feature helps you better understand your submitters, identify patterns, and discover opportunities based on real data.


How to use AI Insights:

  1. Go to your Form Dashboard

  2. Open your form under the Submissions tab

  3. Scroll to the AI Insights section

  4. Click Generate Insights


Once generated, you will see a detailed analysis of your submissions.


What you can see in AI Insights:

  • Summary of submissions
    A quick overview of recent submissions and key observations

  • Key Findings
    Important patterns detected from your data (e.g. user behavior, common inputs)

  • Opportunities
    Suggestions on how to improve engagement or follow up with submitters

  • Recommended Actions
    Practical next steps you can take based on the collected data

  • Worth Your Attention
    Notable submissions or unusual details that may require your focus


Additional options:

  • You can click Regenerate to get updated insights based on new submissions

  • You can choose different AI models in settings depending on your needs:

    • Grok – Llama 3.3 (Free) – available by default and does not require any setup

    • OpenAI – GPT-4o mini

    • Anthropic – Claude Sonnet

    • Google – Gemini 2.0 Flash

    Please note that the last three models require you to provide your own API key and may include additional costs based on the provider’s pricing.

This feature allows you to go beyond just collecting data — helping you turn your submissions into meaningful insights and smarter decisions.


💡 Tips

  • If you run a service business (cleaning, beauty, repairs), use Key Findings to see which services customers request most and adjust your offers or pricing

  • If you organize events or bookings, check Opportunities to identify popular dates or formats and plan future events accordingly

  • If you receive mixed or urgent inquiries, use Worth Your Attention to quickly find high-value leads or requests that need immediate response
