You can easily sync your Calendar with Wix Events, allowing all your events created in Wix Events to automatically appear on your Calendar. This makes event management seamless and efficient.
To sync your Calendar with Wix Events, please follow these steps:
Double click on the calendar to open the Settings.
Click on the Add-ons section.
Open Add-ons Store.
Add to site the Wix Events add-on.
Once the add-on is added, click on Wix Events from the Add-ons section.
Click on Enable synchronization toggle button.
And voilà! All your Wix Events will now show up on your Calendar.
You can also set the event color from this section to better organize and differentiate your events.
Sync Methods
Auto Sync
When this option is selected, every event you add to Wix Events will automatically be displayed on your Calendar.Manual Sync
With this method, you choose which specific events from Wix Events should appear on your Calendar.Categories Sync
You can select which event categories you'd like to sync to your calendar. Only events from the chosen categories will appear.
Excluding Canceled Events
By default, the “Show canceled events” option is enabled in the Wix Events add-on settings.
If some of your Wix Events have been canceled and you don’t want them to appear on your Calendar, you can simply turn this option off.
Go to the Wix Events add-on settings and disable the “Show canceled events” toggle.
Once it’s turned off, any canceled events from Wix Events will no longer be displayed on your Calendar.
This helps keep your calendar clean and ensures visitors only see active and relevant events.
All event management (editing, removing, etc.) must be done directly in Wix Events.
With the free plan, you can have up to 10 events published at a time — this includes past and recurring events.
