If you have already removed a form from your Wix Editor page and it is still available in your Form Dashboard, you can easily remove it by following the quick steps: go to your Wix Dashboard > hover over the Apps section > Manage Apps > Boom Form.
From the Submissions dropdown select the form that you no longer need and click on the Delete Form.
The deleted forms cannot be recovered and the received submissions will also be removed along with the form.
