To access the feature, please:
Double click on the form on Wix Editor to open the Form Settings.
Head to the Add-ons tab and click Open Add-ons.
Hover over the Conditional Mailing add-on and click Add to Site.
How to use it?
When you click on the "Conditional Mailing" you will have this picture (see the screenshot below), here you can select a field to apply specific conditions, such as name, address, phone, email, comments, terms and conditions, in order to send personalized messages that are relevant to each segment.
Conditional mailing is a premium add-on.
