The Payment section of the app gives you an opportunity to accept payments directly once users submit your online form.

Our app suggests 3 payment options:

One time

One Time payment is a quick single payment.

We have several currency options you can choose from the dropdown.

You can set your preferred fee in the Fee section. Thus, on the form, you'll have a fixed fee for your users.

Subscription

You can set the Subscription payment option to your form.

First, select a payable field from the same page (Single Choice or Dropdown).

Note: The payment is automatically set to a monthly payment method. If you want to change the payment cycle from a monthly to a yearly basis, you need to turn on the Enable Yearly Payment option again from the same page.

We have several currency options you can choose from the dropdown.

Donation

For the Donation option, your users will be able to set the price they want to donate in the Number or in the Price field.

We have several currency options you can choose from the dropdown.

The payment can be done with PayPal, Square and Credit Card, WIX or Cash.

Choosing Payment Method

You can turn on the toggle button of Paypal, Square, Wix or Credit Card from the payment methods, or turn on all of them.

1) For the PayPal method, add a valid PayPal email address in the PayPal Email section.

As long as you have properly set the email, you can set fixed taxes.

You can pick if you want the PayPal redirection process to take place at the Same or New tab.

2) If you prefer to accept the payment with Square, turn on the toggle button of Square. After that click on the Connect button and follow the instructions given in the pop-up window.

3) If you prefer the payment with Credit Card, turn on the toggle button of the Stripe.

After that add the Published key, Secret key, and Tax Rate Id from your Stripe account.

The email address provided in the form's Email field can be prefilled on the Stripe Checkout page.

For that from the dropdown select one of your Email fields.

You can set up promotion codes on your payable form.
To activate the option of applying promo code, turn on the toggle button of the Enable Promotion Code.

After that, you can create coupons via the coupon management page of your Stripe dashboard.

Thus after submitting the form, your customers will be able to apply the promo code on the Stripe checkout page and get discounts on your products.

4) If you prefer to receive payments via WIX turn on the toggle button of WIX. After that you can choose the Tax group and whether to open in the Same or New Tab

To access the Payments, double click on your form to open its Settings > Payments section. Here scroll down and you will see the Settings.

You can activate the below-mentioned toggle buttons in order to show prices and total on the submit button.

You can choose the format of the price from the dropdown.

If you want to redirect your users to a specific URL after successful payment, add the URL in the Redirect URL field.

In case there is no URL added, they will be back to your form page.

How to set prices on products?

The products on your form should be added to either one of these fields:

  1. Checkbox

  2. Single Choice

  3. Dropdown

  4. Price

  5. Number

To set certain prices on products, you need to go to Form Settings > Fields > select the field that should support prices (in this case it is the Checkbox field), and add the price next to each option.

How to perform calculations within Boom Form

In order for the form to count the total of the data entered, you should add either one of these calculated fields: Checkbox, Single Choice, Dropdown, Price, Number.

Note: While using the Price and Number fields, make sure to activate the Payable toggle button from its settings.

If you want to display the total price of the selected price values, without connecting it to any Payment system, you just need to turn on the Show Total option.

For that, double click on your form to open its Settings > Payments section > scroll down and click on the Settings > turn on the

Show Total option.

You can also choose the price Format from the dropdown.

Thus the total amount will show up on the submit button and the users will be able to see the total price before submitting the form.

Happy note

The option of adding calculation to forms is supported both in Free and Premium plans.

The Payment methods are supported in the Pro and Business plans.

If it is not redirecting to PayPal/Square/ Stripe checkout page, make sure that the Pop-ups and redirects are enabled on your device.
