You can now create separate categories, assign them custom names and colors, and sort your events accordingly. This makes it simple to identify and organize everything on your Calendar at a glance.
How to add categories
To start organizing events into categories:
Open Settings of calendar app.
Click on the Add Event tab.
Scroll down to find the Category section.
Enter a name and choose a color for your category.
Click Add.
How to Manage Categories
To update or manage existing categories:
Go to Manage Events.
Click on the specific event you want to edit.
Choose a Category for it.
Click Manage Categories.
Inside Manage Categories, you can easily adjust your list by pressing and holding the category icons to reorder them.
📌 Note: If you had previously selected a color for an event, assigning it to a category will override that color and apply the category’s color instead.
You can also decide whether your categories appear at the top or bottom of your event list—giving you full control over your Calendar layout.
