Why my form submissions are not coming through?

If you suspect you’re not receiving new form submissions, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:


Step 1: Check Your Form Dashboard

  1. Go to your Wix Editor page.

  2. Double click on the form to open the Settings tab.

  3. Click on “View Entries” to see if new submissions have been recorded.


Step 2: Verify Email Settings

  1. In the Settings section of the form, ensure your email address is entered correctly under “Send submitted forms to”.

  2. Check your Spam/Junk folder in your inbox. If you find submission notifications there, mark them as “Not Spam” to receive future messages in your inbox.


Step 3: Whitelist Our Domain (@boomte.ch)

To ensure emails don’t get flagged as spam, follow these steps based on your email provider:

Gmail

  • Go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a New Filter.

  • Enter @boomte.ch in the "From" field and click Create Filter.

  • Check “Never send it to Spam”, then click Create Filter.

Outlook

  • Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email.

  • Add [email protected] to your Safe Senders List, then click Add > Save.

iCloud (Mac Mail App)

  • Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules > Add Rule.

  • Name the rule, and set the condition: From ends with @boomte.ch.

  • Action: Move Message to Inbox, then click OK to save.

Yahoo Mail (Mobile)

  • Tap the hamburger menu > Settings > Filters.

  • Select the email account > Tap + to add a new filter.

  • Name it (e.g., “Whitelist”) and enter @boomte.ch, then tap to save.

AOL

  • Open the email > Click the contact name and select Add Contact.

  • Enter a name (e.g., “BoomTech”) and click Add Contact.


Step 4: Still Not Receiving Submissions?

If nothing appears in your inbox or spam folder even after whitelisting:

  • Try changing the recipient email address to one from another provider (Gmail is recommended).

  • Check whether you've reached the 100 free submissions limit.


Submission Limit Notice

  • The free version of the form app allows up to 100 total submissions.

  • Once this limit is reached, submission emails are no longer sent.

  • However, no submissions are lost—they are stored on our servers.

  • After upgrading the app, all submissions will become visible again in your Form Dashboard (Wix Editor > form > Settings > View Entries).


To continue receiving emails and access new form submissions, please upgrade the app.
