The “All Guests” section in your calendar dashboard gives you a complete overview of everyone who has registered for your events - all in one place. Managing event attendance is a lot easier now! From quick access to contact details to tracking RSVP statuses, this feature is designed to simplify coordination and enhance your event planning workflow.
To view the section, you should go to your Manage Events section of the calendar settings, and in the top right corner, you'll see the All Guests.
When clicking on a certain registration, you'll be able to see all the info pop up.
The search engine is for easy navigation across the needed guest information. Moreover, for ease of use, we've created the filters. You can filter the guests via timeframe, events, and categories.
The feature lets you export all the information about all of the guests as well. The exported file is in .csv format.
Lastly, you can resend the confirmation email to the guest and delete the guest from the list if needed. Click on the buttons next to the guest info.
