Why can’t I see my events on the calendar?

If your events are not appearing on the calendar, there may be a few reasons for this. Please check the following:

1. Free Plan Limitations

The Free version of Boom Event Calendar allows only 1 calendar and a maximum of 10 events.

  • If you are using the free plan and have added more than 10 events, the extra events will not appear on your calendar.

  • For recurring events, the limit also applies. If an event repeats more than 10 times, only the first 10 occurrences will show.

Solution:

  • Upgrade to a premium plan to unlock unlimited calendars and events.

  • Or, delete past events to create new ones within your free plan limits.

How to upgrade:

  1. From your Wix Editor, double-click on the calendar → click Upgrade.

  2. From your Wix Dashboard, go to Apps > Manage Apps → click Upgrade App next to Calendar.

Plans Overview:

Plan

Unlimited calendars & events, 100 guest registration, all Starter features

Business

$25.99 / month ($18.99 if annual)

2. Draft Events

Sometimes events are not published and remain in the Drafts section. Draft events will not show on the live calendar.

Solution:

  • Go to your calendar → check Drafts → publish the events you want to display.

3. Events on the Wrong Calendar

If you manage multiple calendars, you may have created events on a different calendar.

Solution:

  • Verify that your events are created on the correct calendar.

  • Move or recreate the events on the intended calendar if necessary.

By following these steps, you should be able to locate missing events and ensure your calendar displays them correctly.
