Step 1 — Download the sample CSV
Open the app and go to the Import Events tab. Click Download Sample CSV to get a template with all the correct columns already set up.
Step 2 — Fill in your events
Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets. Add one event per row and fill in the columns with your event details.
Step 3 — Save as CSV
When done, save the file in CSV format.
In Excel: File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited)
In Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv)
Step 4 — Upload the file
Back in the app, click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file onto it.
Step 5 — Click Import
Click the Import button. The app will process your file and create all your events in Wix Events automatically.
Your events will appear in Wix Events right away!
