The payment system for Boom Timeline is fully controlled by Wix. Premium plans renew automatically, and Wix does not send a notification before each monthly renewal. You can learn more about renewal notifications here.
To cancel your subscription:
Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Click the Show More icon next to Timeline.
Click Cancel App.
Select Cancel auto-renew and click Submit.
After cancellation, your Starter plan features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app will revert to the Free plan with a 4-event limit.
Please note: Only certain roles, such as site owners, can cancel app subscriptions. If you don't see the option to cancel, you may not have the required permissions.
For reimbursement requests, please contact Wix directly as they handle all payments and refunds.
