Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer Premium packages from one website to another.
But if you have purchased the Premium package on a test website, or on a website that you are no longer using, we'll help you avoid a double payment.

We'll activate the Premium package on your new website for free until the expiration date of the Premium package that you have activated.
What you should do for it:
- Make sure to cancel the subscription on your old website so it won't be renewed automatically. You can find more info here.
- Send us a support ticket including the published URL of the new website and the invoice of the purchase.
That's it!
Please note
The Premium plan, that we activate on your website from our end, can't be renewed automatically. So once it expires, make sure to purchase again.
