Issues with receiving notification emails

Modified on Mon, 05 Feb 2024 at 01:25 PM

There are some reasons why notification emails might not be coming through your email.
  1. Make sure to add your email address in the Settings (Settings section > Send submitted forms to).
  2. Sometimes Notification emails may be received as spam. If you find them there, mark them as NOT SPAM to continue receiving them to your Inbox folder.
