How to customize the Notification Email content (Weebly)

We suggest default messages for notification emails. However, you are also allowed to fully customize your message format. For this reason, we recommend you use the Email addon.

Pricing:

The addon costs $2.99 a month. But when subscribing annually the monthly cost is $2.39.
Thus, you save 20% for the annual subscription.

To activate the Email add-on:

Go to Weebly Editor.
Click on the form and go to the Settings.
Go to the Addons tab.
Select the Notification Email and click Add.

We have compiled some elements of Special Fields and shortcodes of your form fields, so you'll be able to easily add those elements to your email content.

In order to add the elements to the email template, just Click on them.

Special Fields:

{Entry}: If you want to receive all the submitted data by users, add this element to your email content.
{Form_Name}: Displays the name of your form in the received email.
{ID}: Get a notification email with a unique ID number.
{Entry_IP}: Set to receive the user's IP Address along with the general submission.
{Entry_Date}: Adds the date of submission into the template.

Form Fields:

Based on your created fields you will get shortcodes that can be easily modified by you.
