Confirmation email

Modified on Tue, 26 Mar at 1:12 PM

Our customers often wonder is there a way to set an auto-responding email, so users can get a transcript of their own submitted data. We are glad to state that due to our Confirmation email add-on, your customers will receive information.
  • Go to the Settings.
  • Addons Store.
  • Install the Confirmation Email.
  • Click on Enable and set an email address.
  • Then click on the Customize button below.

As everything is set properly, start digging into the Confirmation email content.
Based on your created fields you will get the shortcodes that can be easily modified by you. Each field has it's own code. To make it easy, we put each code, next to the field name. So you won't need to have some computer skills to figure out its functionality.
Simply Drag and Drop the elements to your template.

We have also separated some additional "Special fields" that you can add to your message. Please note that all the shortcodes can be adjusted and situated in the places you want them to be.

  1.  {Entry}: this is for receiving all entry data, included in the confirmation message.
  2. {Link}: set a confirmation link clicking on which users will verify their submission.
  3. {ID}: add a Unique ID shortcode, in order to give clients, for example, a membership number. Add your custom text for the users (like: "This is your ID number")and click on {ID} shortcode.
  4. {Form name}: add if you want the name of your form to be shown to the customer in the message.
  5. {Entry_Date}: guess what?! Add it, so the date of submission will be displayed on the email content.

Please note
The Confirmation E-mail add-on is supported in the Premium plan.
