In case you want to use the same form on another Wix website, you can Export it and then double click on the form in your other Wix Editor page to open the Settings and Import the exported file to the app. Please see the screenshot attached.
Please note: In that case the already received submissions can’t be saved. So make sure to
export the submissions. Make sure both websites are subscribed to the same Boom Form Premium plan so that some features or fields won’t be lost.
