Well, it happens sometimes, when you pay for a subscription and then you learn that this is not what you needed in the first place.
Calendar has 3 subscription plans in Premium package- Starter, Professional, and Business plans. Each has its individual features which you need or at least you thought you need. SO, if you paid for, let's say, the Business subscription, but you only needed the Starter features, and vice versa- you needed more but bought the Starter. How to fix this?
The answer:
The thing is that WIX mainly manages all the payment processes, that's why we cannot just tell you to change the plan at your end. You should cancel one subscription and ping us for refund, then buy the one you need. Our support team is fast and furious, so don't hesitate to contact us!
