Basically, it takes some time so the scripts of the Calendar app are overly connected with the website. Sometimes this may bring some loading delays on the app at the Weebly Editor page. Based on the Internet connection, as well, the calendar may be loaded slowly on the page.
So, in such cases, try to reload your page and check once again. The calendar will be displayed properly on your website, then.
Please note
Once the calendar is Published, the issue won't appear on the live website. As soon as the website is completely loaded, the calendar is available without any errors.
