Conditional Mailing

You can customize Form communication effortlessly with Conditional Mailing.

Tailor communication based on user input. This addon enables precise email routing for form submissions, ensuring the right information reaches the right department. Streamline your workflow and enhance form management with Conditional mailing.

To access the feature, please:

• Double click on the form on Wix Editor to open the Form Settings.
• Head to the Add-ons tab and click Open Add-ons.
• Hover over the Conditional Mailing add-on and click Add to Site.

How to use it?

  When you click on the "Conditional Mailing" you will have this picture (see the screenshot below), here you can select a field to apply specific conditions, such as name, address, phone, email, comments, terms and conditions, in order to send personalized messages that are relevant to each segment.

NOTE: Conditional mailing is a premium add on.
